In case of emergency
Read the general directives for emergency situation (earthquake, fire, bomb, threats) from the Office of Risk Management. You can print and post them in your laboratories and offices.
At any time press the emergency button on your telephone or dial 5411. Protection Services are available 24 hours a day.
Protection Services will immediately send an officer and will contact the appropriate emergency services:
- Ambulance
- Fire Department
Use ext. 5411 only for situations in which emergency assistance is required. For anything else dial 5499.
A maintenance emergency refers to situations where the condition of buildings, grounds or vehicles can affect the safety of users, or can create a dangerous situation.

Physical Resources Services: 2222. Any immediate problems related to building infrastructure (electrical, plumbing, ventilation) can be reported at this number.
Problems which do not require immediate assistance must be reported to your department/school administrative assistant/officer
