Biography:
Dr. Hassan Aoude joined the Department of Civil Engineering at the University of Ottawa as an Assistant Professor in August 2009. He is a PhD graduate from McGill University and has a Master`s degree from École de Technologie Supérieure (Montreal, Canada). Dr. Aoude`s main research interests relate to the structural use of high performance and fibre reinforced concretes. In addition to research, Dr. Aoude teaches courses in both official languages at the University of Ottawa.
